On Thursday, February 2, 2017, the homeowners of the Estates at Federal Hill came together to elect its first full, three member Board of Trustees. On November 20, 2018, the Community voted to expand the Board to five members.
This Board is honored to represent our homeowner members in the building of a premiere community and, in the near term, through the effective transition of ownership and management of common elements within our community.

Matt Haskins
President
Matt is the vice president of pricing at AC Logistics Inc. He also currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Traffic Club of Philadelphia as the President. The Traffic Club is an educational and networking association for individuals in the freight transportation field. Matt received his bachelor’s degree from Penn State University and recently Received a Juris Doctor from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law.
