Community Standards Committee

Our Community Standards Committee volunteers will work to ensure that our community is looking its very best. Whether exploring long-term investments and capital projects or reviewing homeowners' ARB applications, the Grounds Committee has an important role in our community. Please contact us if you have an interest in joining the Community Standards Committee.

Community Events Committee

Neighborhood block parties, community wide yard sales, dine arounds and nights out on the town - we do it all. This committee works to ensure that we have a little something for everyone at The Estates at Federal Hill.
